In AID Behavior Center we specialize in serving individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness including co-occurring conditions such as drug and alcohol abuse while assisting people to identify their needs, locating appropriate community resources, and helping people use those services to promote success and independence in their living, learning, working, and social environments without considering gender, race, age, religion, or nation of origin.
Here in AID Behavior Center we perform an array of activities wich comprise assessing the client's needs, planning, making referrals, and coordinating follow ups, so that the care service is continuos and comprehensive.
Targeted Case Managers (TCM) help indiviuals and their families gain access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services that are vital in the path to recovery. Eligibility for this service is based on current diagnosis, menthal health treatment history, level of functioning, and other medical criteria.

Linking our clients with available services needed to maintain good mental and physical health and stability along with different rehab programs in the area.
Assisting the person served to find safe, affordable housing by linking them with HUD and other low income housing programs as well as private landlords.
Working to provide the services necessary to maintaing and enhance each client's ability to live as independently as possible and linking services to further education.
Assessing levels of independence and client's ability to provide basic needs such as proper nutrition and clothing, then organizing and implementing a process to fill any existing gaps.
Assesing one's income and health insurance, and then advocating in the best interest of the client to obtain and reach support and community resources.
Assisting with coordinating a form of transportation to medical/behavioral services as needed by client
Linking our clients to departments which will help them obtain employment in the long run.
